The well and tried members of the ST-72 foam lance family are gaining a big brother. The real support is called foamblaster ST-76.
The foamblaster ST-76 is made out of a premium combination of stainless steel and plastic. Starting with an inlet pressure of only 30 bar the foamblaster ST-76 is able to foam mixtures of water and foam agents with a flow of 20 - 60 l/min and without the addition of compressed air.
By means of exchangeable air injector nozzles it is possible to adapt the foamblaster ST-76 to the requirements such as water quantity and inlet pressure in an optimal way. The foam nozzle which is also changeable makes an adjustment to the requirements of the application concerned possible at any time. Depending on the spraying angle and the nozzle size the user can either choose to cover large areas or to realize a wide spraying distance.
The foamblaster ST-76 is designed for applications in agriculture, industry, local and firefighting technology. There are injector nozzles with diameters of up to 2.8 mm for high flow rates available for all stainless steel injectors ST-160, ST-164, ST-166 and ST-167.

By introducing the universally applicable easywash365+ foam sets we succeeded in enlarging the application possibility of our foam injector family.
The stainless steel injector with high pressure foam lance which is installed via a T-piece between the outlet of the high pressure unit and the original spraying unit is especially designed for the professional cleaning of trucks of shipping or food companies as well as for applications in the industrial foam cleaning.
The connection from injector unit to the high pressure foam lance is realized by an optionally high pressure hose of up to a length of 40 m. The already existing spraying unit is used for cleaning and rinsing works. Enormous savings of both cleaning agent and time can be achieved as the foam lance has cleaning agent immediately available without switching at the unit or change of equipment.
It is possible to simplify the handling of the construction and to boost efficiency at the same time by integrating two hose reels. This set is suitable for all common high pressure cleaning units for up to 310 bar and max. 90 °C.

From now on strenuous manual work together with different cleaning agents are not necessary anymore as the easyclean365+ Gun removes chocolate on seats, dirt in ventilation ducts and also brake dust on wheel rims by its technically mature technology.

Stainless steel easyfoam365+ injectors ST-160 and ST-166 - now with holes for fixing!

At our customers` suggestion the stainless steel easyfoam365+ injectors are now equipped with holes for fixing. Both metric female threads positioned at one flat side surface of the injector`s base body guarantee a quick, easy and direct fixing at high pressure cleaner, trolleys and hose reels. |

| Suction sets - one more reasonable product enlargement! |

The R+M product range has been supplemented by complete suction sets. The ones with an inner hose diameter of 9 mm are suitable for the stainless steel easyfoam365+ injectors ST-160 to ST-168. The set with a suction hose of 6 mm is designed for being used with the injectors ST-60 and ST-62. All suction sets are equipped with a chemical suction filter and a chemically resistant PVC-tube which enables the entire emptying of the tank with chemicals as the suction filter can be placed at the deepest point of the tank in a directed way.

| High pressure spray gun ST-2715 - the new addition in stainless steel for excellently chemical resistance! |
|
 Contrary to the already existing members ST-2315 and ST-2615 our new addition is completely made out of stainless steel. These three spray gun series are especially designed for applications when durability of gun valves at usual hp-guns is restricted by the use of corrosive mediums. Equipped with the convincing and patented LTF technology the high pressure gun ST-2715 is suitable for industrial applications of up to max. 350 bar, 45 l/min and 150 °C.
The standard tempered stainless steel balls and seal kits are replaced by a ceramic ball together with a seal kit made out of stainless steel V4A (AISI 316ti) which is especially high-alloyed and acid-resistant. Due to the extreme hardness of the ceramic ball it is very wear-resistant and also resistant to almost all acids, alkaline solutions, demineralized waters and solvents.

| Our easyfoam365+ bypass injector ST-168 can also be operated with water line pressure. |

The compressed air-driven easyfoam365+ bypass injectors of the series ST-168 are designed for foam applications with medium pressure units (10 to 50 bar) in the field of the food industry. The easyfoam365+ bypass injector ST-168 is a real alternative especially for smaller companies such as farmers or fish breeding companies which are selling the goods ex farmyard. These smaller companies have to stick to the existing hygiene standards such as larger firms, but they are reasonably shy at the great investment volume for a medium pressure unit.
By means of only water line pressure - 3 bar flow pressure - and the appropriate accessories for the spraying unit - hose with big nominal width, ball valve 203 100 200 and suitable foam lance 203 100 630 an excellent foam quality is reached. When switching the lever from the injector operation into cleaning and rinsing mode the addition of cleaning agent and disinfectant is stopped and the fully available water quantity passes the bypass injector nearly without any drop in pressure.

Due to the 40 % reduced trigger force and 90 % reduced holding force against usual market guns ergonomic high pressure spray guns such as the series ST-2600 have an unchallenged leading position on the market.
Please be assured that there`s isn`t any reason for us to rest on our laurels! The trend towards more and more increasing working pressures and also increasing trigger forces in combination with higher demands on working ergonomics got us to set a standard once again by developing and introducing the new spray gun series ST-2635.
In comparison with the spray gun ST-2600 the trigger forces of the new spray gun series ST-2635 are reduced by further 25 %. This has an extremely positive effect on the user`s stress. Especially in the industrial cleaning industry a spray gun needs to be pressed several times per minute regarding certain fields of application. Therefore, one more reduction of the trigger forces by 25 % realizes a significantly physiological relief regarding the working conditions.
In order to optimize the handling with the spray gun all versions of the ST-2635 have been equipped with a radially arranged stainless steel swivel. Moreover, the patented valve technology with a seal seat guided ball made out of cutting metal is extremely durable and robust. The quick release coupling of the spray gun is made out of stainless steel.
